Walk on Waves Coaching has access to funding for both 121 bespoke coaching, group coaching and/or pairs coaching for MD’s, Directors and their teams. Most companies in England who have up to 250 employees can apply for £1000 to spend on your chosen programme.

Option 1: Three months 121 coaching
Total cost for a 3 month programme is £500 via the funding, instead of the normal price of £1500, giving you two months free.
A typical programme includes;
• Initial assessment of individual clients to evaluate work and life needs and establish goals
• 2 one hour sessions per month (telephone or face to face)
• Unlimited telephone and email access to your coach to answer questions, share successes or deal with urgent interim issues
• Tailor made exercises and practices to implement between sessions to facilitate achievement of goals
• Frequent reviews take place throughout the coaching
• Strategies for ongoing support
• Full confidentiality
Option 2: Group coaching
Total cost for a 3 workshop programme is £500 via the funding, instead of the normal price of £1500, saving you £1000.
A typical workshop programme includes;
•Preparation of bespoke workshops in response to your brief.
• 3 x 2 hour workshops
• Unlimited telephone and email access to your coach to answer questions, share successes or deal with urgent interim issues
• Tailor made exercises and practices to implement between sessions to facilitate achievement of goals
• Reviews after each workshop
• Strategies for ongoing support
• Full confidentiality
Option 3: Pairs coaching
Total cost for a 3 month programme is £500 via the funding, instead of the normal price of £1500, giving you two months free.
A typical bespoke programme includes;

• 3 x 2 hour sessions (one per month)
• Unlimited telephone and email access to your coach to answer questions, share successes or deal with urgent interim issues
