Coaching Programmes In our experience, focusing on an executives total needs, both
organisational and personal, delivers the best results for the organisation. How Coaching is perceived Whilst it is usually seen as a development tool to address challenges
and difficulties or to enhance strengths, coaching can also be offered
as a company perk. Sometimes coaching is part funded by the organisation
and part by the executive. This arrangement can be extremely effective
in generating results. What makes Coaching effective? Coaching is usually at its most effective when the client is committed
to the process and getting results. For the more motivated executive,
commitment is likely to be in place before they even start coaching. In
other circumstances, commitment begins only once the process has started.
This often applies to the executive who comes for coaching following a
recommendation that it may prove beneficial for his/her professional development. Our experience has shown us that even the more sceptical get results.
Surprisingly they are often the ones who get the most outstanding results
from coaching! How Coaching programmes are created Our coaching programmes are tailor-made and usually last 6 months, but can be longer or shorter. A typical programme includes; Initial assessment of individual clients to evaluate work and life needs and establish goals 2 one hour sessions per month (telephone or face to face) Unlimited telephone and email access to your coach to answer questions, share successes or deal with urgent interim issues Tailor made exercises and practices to implement between sessions to facilitate achievement of goals Frequent reviews take place throughout the coaching Strategies for ongoing support Full confidentiality I am closer
to achieving my goals, which were stretching, than I have been for years.
